The beginning is undoubtedly a good place to start. :-)  So, let's start
reviewing this!

The first task before us is immediately apparent.  We need to do to this
document what we did to the charter in order to make it acceptable for
multi-world deployments --- in other words get rid of all occurrences of
"the virtual world" so that the specification can be applied to our multiple
virtual worlds.
