Thanks Lucas, those were all very helpful.  Each required some changes.  All the changes might be regarded as editorial.  Pull requests are up in the usual place: https://github.com/ietf-wg-ohai/oblivious-http/pulls (plus a few bonus, but even more minor, changes).

I will call out https://github.com/ietf-wg-ohai/oblivious-http/pull/168/files which corrects a diagram to match prose.  (You picked up something else, but in fixing that I realized the error in the diagram.  This won't affect implementations based on what is defined in RFC 9180 (the final size of the field is the same for all defined AEAD functions), but it's worth highlighting.
