Hey,

Just a small update with:

* the terminology changes that we discussed
* a change to include details of the configuration in the HPKE `info` field rather than the AAD, which binds to the configuration for both request and response (credit: David Benjamin)
* fixed examples

We still have a couple of open issues, but I hope that we can discharge those fairly quickly during the meeting.
