If we got a consensus on padding and/or AEAD, I'd say let's
do another rev.  If not, than I would just keep MRs ready to
merge and not do a rev yet.

I would also prefer us to not meet, as to avoid any appearance
of excluding the WG in the decision making process - even if we
know this is not the intention of meeting up.
