The values are taken from mesurements of 64 buffer sizes from 16 to 4112
bytes.  Result should be somewhat similar to SUPERCOP. 

I ran this from current Libgcrypt master:

  tests/bench-slope --cpu-mhz 2300 \
      --disable-hwf intel-avx --disable-hwf intel-ssse3 \
      hash sha1 sha256 sha512 sha3-256 sha3-512
