Hello Stephen, all,

wonderful! I've uploaded a draft-ietf-openpgp-external-secrets-00.
It contains a few (minor) changes relative to 
draft-dkg-openpgp-external-secrets-03, which had happened in the meantime.

I look forward to discussing the open MRs for this draft at the interim.
