Hi, Stephen. 

There was significant discussion about this draft at the openpgp email summit last month, and several enhancements were proposed to address the issues raised re key/trust equivalency. I hope to have an updated draft published asap. 

Re IETF-120, I’m afraid I’ll be on holiday that week and unable to attend (even remotely) so if we could make a decision about adoption on the list instead, that would be *great* ;-)
