With no hats on, just speaking as a user and an implementer: I'd also be
fine with removing all mention of "compatibility profiles" (including
Suite B) from the crypto-refresh draft.  We're going to have enough work
to do to settle on changes to Mandatory-to-Implement and other
implementation guidance, and i think these profiles are confusing and
unclear.
