Hi, all.

I have resurrected the draft HKP spec and published a fresh -00 draft which should soon appear at [1]. It is currently substantially identical to draft-shaw-openpgp-hkp, but I have adapted it for gitlab [2] using the same toolchain used for the crypto-refresh.

I have kept Shaw as the primary author, since the text is 99% unchanged from the previous draft. I hope this is OK.
