I have been informed that some participants misunderstood the doodle pool.

Please note that the available dates in the APONF doodle pool were:

Sunday (20 July): 20:30 - 22:30

Monday (21 July): 20:30 - 22:30

Tuesday (22 July): 20:30 - 22:30

Wednesday (23 July): 20:30 - 22:30

Thursday (24 July): 20:30-22:30

Sorry, I have not translated the information from doodle correctly!

The meeting date should be 20th of July (Sunday); 20:30 - 22:30 Toronto time!

According to the doodle, the most covenient time slot for the APONF bar BOF meeting is:
