I've been watching this debate from the end of a very slow piece
wire whilst travelling in the US, so I may have missed something.

Having said that, the as far as I can see, the probems being discussed
are in reference to a set of specific tests the OFIP have performed
on QUIPU.  I have seen detailed test reports from the OFIP on the problems,
and none of them look to be like major architecture problem, I have them 
all labelled in the bug catergory.  
I have sent the OFIP an attempted bug fix, which gets some way there, but not the whole
way.  When I get back, I'll look at putting the full fix in place.


The bug fix does not require any major architecture change in QUIPU, so
I don't forsee any major operational deployment issues for PARADISE.

Have I missed something the OFIP have not reported?  Has anyone given 
a detailed problem  description yet, can you circulate the OFIP problem 
description?
