Subject: standardized keywords
In the January, 1992 draft of "A String Representation of Distinguished Names",
part of the standardized keyword table for attribute types is:
Locality LocalityName
L LocalityName
Area LocalityName
State LocalityName
It seems that "State" should stand for StateOrProvinceName instead.
And "S" could also stand for StateOrProvinceName.
