A few points

1. the discussion (though still limited) has started over the
	wg-nap@rare.nl list, after a shift from osi-ds to wg-nap
I would hate to shift it again and back.

2. It seems to me very important though quite simple to
produce a document on these aspects

3. the problem is that neither my workload (over 14 hours a day)
nor my english allow me to commit for a heavy contribution
	in the next few weeks.

4. What I suggest is
. to try for say 2 or 3 weeks to have active debates over wg-nap
(I'll do my best to be active) on the subject.
That is using X.500 attributes to point to external objects
and not the generic URI/URL aso... issues which are covered
	by an appropriate WG.
We hope to have a one or 2 pages document sent to this list
	in the next few days
(please review the few messages on the topic from the
mailserver@rare.nl list archive; same address for
	self subscription)
. then a small bunch of people (Colin, Martijn 1 or 2 here) might
draft a first version in January
   Is that acceptable?

cheers
