Second that --- we had this discussion about 3 years ago, and concluded
that 007 was in fact UCL's *access code* for international telex.  But
to follow up what Christian was saying, one gets very strange effects
without the leading zero to make the composite telex-number part an
even number of octets, but you will not notice this (using ISODE) until
you have realNS as part of your supported protocol stacks.

When I was defining a local lead in, I took 

	BNR     TELEX+5181151+

and everything decoded as NS.  Adding back the `0' -

	BNR     TELEX+05181151+

gave sensible results once more.
