The DSAR report is getting a bit sparse!  (I guess I take a share of the
blame).

Reporting on the NIST implementation, with statistics of just under two
operations per day, and claiming this as a pilot, confirms all of the
worst suspicions on those who ridicule X.500.   

If we are going to include stats, lets do it for the bits that are
working well.    A lot of pieces are doing real operation (I gather
that one DSA is doing about 10,000 operations per day).
