Folks,
     We have recd several reports about difficulties in printing
the spp documents. We've done some engineering at this end to 
get rid of some of the (Japanese-character-font related) problems
and hopefully have a more easily printable postscript version of 
the docs. 
     The documents have been put into the archives and are available
via anonymous ftp from 

	sh.wide.ad.jp   (133.4.11.11):~ftp/WIDE/spp 
	ftp.tohoku.ac.jp(130.34.8.9) :~ftp/pub/spp

under the following headings:
