For the record, and Colin will no doubt correct me if I 
mis-state it:

Until the end of 1992 NeXor as part of the PARADISE project 
collected and published the Directory Probing statistics although
they were not contractually obliged to do so.

In the current PARADISE Transition Phase project a proposed activity 
to improve the probe remains unfunded;  and one of the reasons NeXor 
no longer publish reports is because they are not funded to do so.
