I support Andrew Findlays point that a UFN would be better that this
address.  If the user does have to type a DN as above, then you should
probably use RFC 1485 format rather than this X.400 looking address.

BUT...  Do we really expect user to type things like this in the 90's?
Surely we are in an age of button pushing, and menu selections.

What I would like to see is VTtelnet being an icon.  Click on this,
then a menu come up with a set of well know servers, or failing that a
DUA search engine to identify the less frequently used servers.
Select one by clicking your mouse and off you go...  Just like the
majority of thef MS windows telnet user agents do now!
