I think that these are sound points.    I really feel that it is time to
get some of this into a document - perhaps an extract of the SPP 
document.   

This should contain a list of issues:
   - why you want to store the IP address space in the DS
   - axioms of the form you give

Then it should derive a proposal or set of proposals.   I think that this
is needed, and would love to discuss it in Boston.
