 Does anyone (Steve H-K?) know whether an NIR WG was set up after the
 BOF Steve held in San Diego?  We certainly asked for one.
 
 I've asked on the NIR list as well of course.  But it was the OSI-DS
 WG that hosted the NIR BOF last time.
