At the last osi-ds meeting, it was decided that a companion document to
the one I wrote was needed.  This second document was to describe how to
represent oid information in the directory.  I volunteered to work on
this one too (with the help of Colin).  Much to my chagrin, however,
I haven't done anything about this.  So, the status is no change since the
last osi-ds meeting.                                            -- Tim
