Subject: Updated draft-rare-nap-x500naming-02.txt

I just submitted the updated draft-rare-nap-x500naming-02.txt to the
Internet-Draft editor. So it should appear soon in the usual places.

The most important changes were:
        - multi-component RDNs as new section 3.1.
        - recommendation to include a postmaster and a directory manager
          organizationalRole for each organization in section 2.4.1.
          This replaced 2.6 about organizational roles.
        - appendix with a QUIPU independent example of entries

There are again change bars against draft-rare-nap-x500naming-01.txt,
except for the appendix which is all new.
