I hope to do this shortly.  The main interest is providing X.500 access to
descriptions of these notes.  We hope to have a test interface available
shortly for public access.  Then we'll release the schema extensions 
and software for wider usage once we'rew sure we've got the definitions
right.  More news of all this in Amsterdam.
