Moreover I still don't understand the above lines
	internet? IXI? PPSDN?

Additionaly at last part of your probes are going to the real French Master,
though we still have theses "mars.emse.fr" ending lines,
thus I have some doubts about what is being "probed" and how.

Seen from here the new french master was "up" ~95% of the time,
with ~95% internet access, and a rather bad PPSDN access
over the last period (maybe 35%) and NO IXI access (not advertised)




I am not complaining, just trying to understand and maybe help
correct the "probing procedure".
