I've been unable to find any reference to Content-Type: application/Bilaterally 
Defined. I'm using...:

   URL:ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/application

as a reference to the known MIME types. Is there somewhere else I should be 
looking?
