Hi,

The EDB file contains in the second line the time when the EDB file was 
created. The time has the format:
  YYMMDDhhmmssZ
The year is only represented as a two-digit number!!

My questions:

a) Will the year be changed to 00 after the year 1999 (99)?
	e.g.
	time=  991231235999Z
	and 2 seconds later
	time=  000101000001Z


b) Will the updates still be performed or will they simply be stopped after 
sylvester 1999, as 00 is less than 99 (or how is this comparaison made)?

c) Is there any reason why the year is not encoded as a 4-digit number 
which causes fewer problems?



Any answers that clarify my view in this matter are welcome.
