Yes.

X.500 aliases are simply another type of object stored in the Directory.
They are represented by a leaf entry in the DIT with the
appropriate objectClass attribute value (alias) and attributes
(aliasedObjectName). More information can be found in Volume 5,
section 14.7, page 159.
