Subject: Re: Postmaster at ADMD and PRMD level? Helpdesk?

Hi,
Russ does raise a couple of points. Some local 822 environments may
have set up local helpdesk addresses that support some function other than
Mail. It could be a problem for them to get mail questions. Also, what happens
to mail sent (mapped) to 822 environments that do not support helpdesk? Does it
bounce to postmaster :) I beleave the reason we felt confortable with the
postmaster mapping was that all 822 environments are supposed to support it.

Are we going to create problems?

Tony...
