We are starting the Working Group Last Call of this revision of the 
subject draft. Draft has been stable for a while waiting for some 
implementations.

Also, there are multiple drafts waiting to allocate code points from the 
new IANA registries coming from this draft.

The OSPF WG last call will end at 9am PST on Nov 6 2017.
