Hi all,

Changes introduced in -09 are the following:
- Name and number added to each figure
- "Address Family" field added to the Endpoint Sub-TLV (as per Joe's comment, and as per draft-ietf-idr-tunnel-encaps)
- For Sub-TLV defined in this document, explicit the number of times that they may appear (as per Benoit's comment, and as per draft-ietf-idr-tunnel-encaps)
- ยง Operation, slightly easing the restriction
   OLD:
A tunnel MUST NOT be used if there is no route toward the IP address specified in the Endpoint Sub-TLV (See <xref target="EndpointTLV"/>)
or if the route is not advertised by the router advertising this Tunnel Sub-TLV.

   NEW:
A tunnel MUST NOT be used if there is no route toward the IP address specified in the Endpoint Sub-TLV (See <xref target="EndpointTLV"/>)
or if the route is not advertised in the same OSPF domain.

As the OLD text would be restricting in multi-areas deployments.
As a consequence, one sentence is changed in the security consideration section

OLD: It prohibits a destination outside of the OSPF domain and also to other routers within the domain.
NEW: It prohibits a destination outside of the OSPF domain.

 > Abstract:
 > Networks use tunnels for a variety of reasons. A large variety of
 > tunnel types are defined and the tunnel encapsulator router needs to
