This version fixes the "IANA Considerations" OSPFv3 Extended LSA Sub-TLV
registry to match the body of the draft. Additionally, more guidance is
provided in the management and allocation of the added registries. Hence,
the changes are confirmed to the “IANA Considerations” section.
