I do like BACKOFF as well.  I think "File" captures what we are doing here quite well - it doesn't look like we are dealing with all kinds of large data - as I said in one of my earlier emails, video fits the large data bill, but, it doesn't look like we would consider that as part of this work.  

In fact, it would benefit to have the charter explicitly call out that this is meant for large data that can be modeled as file downloads or something to that effect.
