Folks: We heard from the AD; alto has been approved as a WG
in the Applications area.  Thank you all for helping refine
the charter to get us to this point.

The official IETF announcement will be coming out soon; in
the meantime the agenda Enrico sent out earlier (please see
http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/08nov/agenda/alto.html)
stands; although as usual it may incur minor changes.
