LETBET doesn't seem to me quite right. It seems to imply the WG would
only work on a very limited subset of work from its charter.

Having said that I can't think off-hand of a name that does sum things
up. Was playing round with NASTY (network-aware scavenger transport) but
that has the same problem as the above. I would love to fit it to
something like YIELD or GIVEWAY that sums up the idea in its acronym.
