I've posted a shepherd writeup for -06 on this draft, but noticed that
there is one RFC 5743 nit - that document says

   o  There must be a paragraph near the beginning (for example, in the
      introduction) describing the level of support for publication.
      Example text might read: "this document represents the consensus
      of the FOOBAR RG" or "the views in this document were considered
      controversial by the FOOBAR RG but the RG reached a consensus that
      the document should still be published".

and I don't see one yet. Did I miss it?

If it's more appropriate for Jen to provide that statement, awesome, but it
will probably be the first comment from IRSG review, so if you're
submitting a -07 anyway ...
