Dear PANRG,

I am sitting in this meeting and asked the organizers to pick a mailing
list for continued discussion.

I suggested (in no order)

-ALTO mailing list, if ALTO chairs are ok with that, OR
- request a new mailing list, OR
- bring this work to PANRG

I had asked the PANRG chairs if that last choice was ok, and Jen said she
trusted me to Do The Right Thing.

Speaking only for me, I hope they pick PANRG, because at least some of the
goals are squarely in scope for PANRG, and are research, not engineering,
but I trust the meeting organizers to Do The Right Thing.

Best,

Spencer
