The third IPR disclosure was pointed out to the WG. There was a short 
discussion, and nobody expressed concerns about this disclosure 
impacting the work. So I believe this portion of your DISCUSS is addressed.

It sounds like you and Vince are winding up the rest of your DISCUSSion. 
Once you are satisfied, I'll give the document a once-over to make sure 
that all of the other comments were addressed.
