Hi, All experts:

The updated version are mainly to address the comments received during the
WGLC, for example, the correlation of BGP session setup and the PCEP
procedures( section 9: BGP Considerations), the downref adjustment, the
phrase for the mandatory existing of BPI, EPR, PPA object and some editorial
nits etc.
