Dhruv: Since the two paragraphs are orthogonal, I dont think "on the other
hand" is suitable. I will leave it as it is and lets see if the RFC-editor
have suggestions if this needs to be changed.

registry at

And note that the practice of maintaining two tables is a standard practice
as seen at https://www.iana.org/assignments/pcep/pcep.xhtml#pcep-messages
