We have updated a few of the drafts related to ACTN. Here is a quick summary -

(2)   Stateful H-PCE [https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-dhodylee-pce-stateful-hpce-02]

-          Added a statement on recursiveness

-          In case of per domain LSP, an additional optional step for also initiating an E2E multi-domain lsp.

-          Scalability Consideration section

-          Oscar joined as co-author
