It was very clearly implied and your general tone is so shitty, I had to
read some headers to ensure you weren't being impersonated.

I work on cryptographic software that does exactly what you suggest and
we've been at it for ten years; your legal advice seems totally off base
and frankly, unhelpful to those working on both political and technical
solutions. Talk about FUD!

Have you asked anyone at the EFF what they think of your legal opinions?
I think they'd get a good laugh out of it and then they'd probably give
you some reading material.
