I was responding to yet another poster suggesting that we should do
nothing. If people want to argue about whether we should be doing this work
then we are arguing politics, end of story.

I have met the people and those are my personal opinions of their
trustworthiness. Nor was I the only person to come to that conclusion.

What I have suspected for some time is that our generals, the Chinese
generals and the Russian generals would all rather like to have a cyber
arms race and get the rest of us to all foot the bill for it.
