The fourth edition of IPCN (IP-based Cellular Networks) will take place in Paris December 2 to 5, 2003.
One of the most interesting new areas is the relationship between the licensed 2.5/3G services and 802.11 hot spots. How can optimal use be made of both environments such that a realistic business service is possible?
The objectives of IPCN 2003 is to provide detailed responses to this question.
