I think the draft is ready to be progressed, but I have a couple of editorial comments that I hope can be addressed.

Replace "draft" with "document" throughout.
This means the next does not need to be changed by the RFC Editor when it is no longer a draft. For instance, write "this document" instead of "this draft".

In 3.1:
All other message types are not supported for PIM Light Change to "No other message types are supported"

In 3.2.2.  DR Selection:
Change Selection to Election.
