Thanks to the authors and the WG for their work on this document.

Thanks to the authors (Ananya) for the updates to address the technical
portions of my DISCUSS ballot and most of the non-blocking comments.

While I do not agree with some of the choices made, I respect the authors
decision and the WG consensus.
