Subject: pip meeting agenda.....
Gang, Here is the agenda for the two Pip working group meetings in Columbus. The meetings are on Tuesday's two PM sessions. We're going to discuss the latest Pip header and discuss the near-term architecture. There have been some modifications to the Pip header. Some of them are just moving fields around. The most significant change is the way the opaque Handling Directive and Routing Context are handled. Also changed is the options processing. The architecture document is new since last time. It contains more than we could ever cover in one morning. I would at least like to start off with addressing conventions and how the levels are encoded in the Routing Context field. After that, I'd like to cover Pip transition, how DNS works with Pip, and exit routing. If there is any time left after that, we can choose from other topics. Documents you should read are: draft-ietf-pip-processing-01.txt draft-ietf-pip-architecture-00.txt For the stout of heart, the latter document will lead you to yet other Pip specs.......
