Any views on the attached contribution on
the subject new ITU-T Recommendation for
the upcoming SG17 meeting is appreciated.
The existing draft text from early last year is
provided to understand the context.

Otherwise it can be regarded as FYI for the
related communities that intersect at PKIX.
