I see that so far, no messages have been sent to the list.
I would like to request that the RTCWEB chairs, who are the admins of
this list, send a message where they describe:

- What do they see as in-scope topics for this list?
- What do they see as out-of-scope topics for this list?
- What conclusions, if any, do they wish the list to draw?
- On what timescale do they expect those conclusions to be drawn?

In particular, I'd like to know if the perennial discussion of SIP
proxies that snoop on SDP message bodies as they go by and use that
information to open/shut ports on associated media-plane firewalls is
inside or outside the scope of this mailing list.
