Folks,

just a note about the scheduling of "talks" by selectees to
IAB and IESG. If we were to have 50% turnover each year,
this could be on the order of 12-15 talks. Even at 15 minutes
each (not much time for substance), this is 3-4 hours. 

If a selectee is renewing (is continuing to serve) would we
waive the talk, unless the selectee wanted to speak? That
might help reduce this impact.

Steve Coya pointed this out to me recently and I wasn't sure
whether he shared the thought more widely, but it struck me
as relevant (given our rather compressed IETF schedule, as it
is!).
