	think you have any kind of rough consensus on this issue.

Have you even read the draft that we posted?  We spent a great deal
of time looking at the question of ISOC and what would make ISOC a
suitable organizational home for the IETF.

We're not trying to "run roughshod" over anybody, but it sure would
be nice if you stopped flaming, rolled up your sleeves, and got to
work.  Again: what is specifically wrong with ISOC and what are your
*SPECIFIC* suggestions to fix it?
